About
Delilah Grocott Cain is a contemporary dancer whose work delves into the intersections of movement, fashion and film. Drawing inspiration from locale, folklore and nature, her creative process utilises improvisation to craft anthropomorphic forms and the landscapes we inhabit. Guided by the mantra “Comfort the afflicted, afflict the comfortable,” Delilah aims to challenge perceptions and foster a deeper connection to the body and its environment, emphasising texture, expansive energy and groove.
