Naissa's teaching practice takes elements from floorwork, ground based technique, partnerwork and improvisation. With a strong focus on musicality, fluidity and pleasure, the class aims to bring people into community and their bodies through groove, sweat and the joy of dancing together.

About
Naissa Bjørn (he/him) is a queer interdisciplinary movement artist, specialising in contemporary dance, aerial harness and bungee. Beginning in circus, and later graduating from LCDS, he has since worked with companies such as James Cousins Company, CLOD Ensemble, Shaper/Caper and Tough Boys, notably performing with Caitlin Barnett Company at both the Ramallah Contemporary Dance Festival in Palestine and Glastonbury. Screen credits include projects with Channel 4, BBC Young Creatives, Amazon Prime and JGrrey. Naissa has also recently movement directed for Piss Carnation at the Soho Theatre, and for Azadi’s music video ‘Control’. ACCESS: Please note that this is a smaller studio and is not wheelchair accessible and only reachable via a flight of stairs.
